It’s hard to believe summer’s almost over (what was it, like 100 degrees today?), but it’s time to say goodbye to Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Movies With a View. Tomorrow night you can enjoy Billy Wilder’s Some Like It Hot, which won the public vote with a majority of 42 percent as the very last film in the 2010 series. To kick off the festivities, Ditch Plains will sell prepared meals from the Pier 1 Gatehouse, the Calexico cart will be on site, Blue Marble will be on-hand for frozen treats and the Brooklyn Bridge Wine Bar is now open for a few tipples before dark. And remember, DJs from Brooklyn Radio start spinning at 6pm. Let’s just hope the humidity takes a dive in the next 24 hours.
