This pottery studio on Smith Street offers birthday party packages for 8 people or more. You can choose from themes like Van Gogh (pottery), Mosaic (picture frame or mirror), Pirate (treasure box, pirate bank, plaque, or sword box), and Princess (come in costume and paint princess pottery).

For $30 a head, you’ll get a few small favors, set-up and clean-up, invitations, plates, napkins and utensils, and balloons. In addition, the birthday child receives a plate decorated with his or her name and signed by all the guests. Also includes is one juice box and one slice of pizza–with 1 1/2 hours of studio time for 5-9 year olds and two hours of studio time for 10-16 year olds.

Have some younger kids you want to bring for arts and crafts? The Tiny Tot Party is for ages 2-4 years and includes a plate to paint and sign with a handprint.
