In its new, window-laden space, kids and caregivers can enjoy a large indoor play area called the Exploratorium, which is open Monday to Saturday, from 10-5pm. Since the move, there’s been some rumbling about the amount of toys and activities available for kids—but we’ll check back soon to see if they get their act cleaned up. The day pass is $10 per family, though you can check the website for specials and packages that might save you cash.

The drop-off option is nice for those who don’t have regular babysitters on hand, in case you need to run some errands or get some work done. You can reserve either two or four hours and must call for the space at least two days ahead of time. Rates are $35 for infants and $30 for older kids for two hours, $60 for infants and $55 for older kids for fours hours.

The old parent’s lounge didn’t make the cut in the new space, so though there are areas to hang out and sit, you won’t have the couches and mags to relax with.
